Starting Therapy​

I know how hard it can feel to start therapy. You might feel worried or scared. I understand that it can seem daunting and overwhelming to share your struggles with someone new. You do not need to share anything you are not ready for.

 

Why the name Feeling Shifts? It is because I was once in your shoes, beginning my own therapy journey. I remember how, as I started to understand my patterns and their origins, I began to experience real, meaningful shifts in my life.

  • The first step is for you to contact me so that we can arrange a free 15-minute consultation over the phone or Zoom. This call is to give you the opportunity to describe why you are seeking therapy and for us both to decide together if we think we might be a good fit.

​

  • Choose in-person, online, or a mix of both session types.

​

  • If we decide to work together, a first appointment will be booked. The first session is a chance to explore your needs and ask any questions.

  • Short-term and long-term therapy available. 

​

  • Sessions are typically once a week, on the same day, at the same time, for 50mns.

​

  • Languages: English and French

​​

  • My fee is £80/session. I also reserve some places for those on low income. â€‹â€‹â€‹
